Spud Harvest

October 2009

we went and visited the harris farm for spud harvest. landon reunited to his farm friends and I got a picture with my favorite tractor!!! we also saw the potato harvesting process and all those that make it possible.

Year One

Can you believe it we have made it a year and it has been awesome. we have setup a way cute house and we will be working on the yard this upcoming year. This year we planted a garden, that did not yield much because it was over run by weeds because we let it go far too long. But there is always next year! this year we have purchased two animals, a steer and a little white goat. she is so cute and she is pregnant.so we will have baby goats in Feb

This next year I am preparing to graduate in the middle of July and landon will be starting school in january. I am studying Agricultural Science and Landon is going to start school studying Accounting. These next year we are going to be working on expanding our farm, we are planning on raising some cute baby lambs and we are going to buy an Milk cow this is the hope. This next year we are looking forward to being more spontaneously. we are going camping in our drive way, get ice cream on a freezing night , going to Montana just because we know the way, and ordering pizza at midnight because we can. these are our goals for the next year.

Fair

Fair was the first week in august. Hannah and conlee did great. Hannah placed first in showing for the junior. which qualifies her to compete in the round robin which means she has to show every animal in the fair. she did great showing lambs, pigs, milk cows and beef cows. she placed second in the round robin. it was so great to see all of the cute kids showing their animals.

Family Vacations

We went too Moody meadows, yellowstone and moab.

We had a great time. we love too four wheel and discover new things.

Our adventures and family

We have had a great year. This year we have had many animals, we have had six ducks, a bird, three dogs and three cows. But we have had several sad times with our animals , so at this point we have one bird, one cow and two dogs. And we love them

Wedding Day

Our Wedding day was the most awesome day ever. landon and I met at the Salt lake Temple, and it was the most beautiful temple in the whole world. I was great to have many of our family members in the sealing room waiting for us. when we got out of the temple it was the moment of my dreams, to see our family on the temple grounds waiting for us. it was kind of a chilly morning but I did not feel cold at all I was just glowing. we were able to take many amazing pictures. the reception center was decorated so beautiful and the food was fantastic. The next week after our honeymoon ( to disneyland) we had an open house in newdale for landons friends and neighbors. It turned out awesome and I got to wear my dress two times, that make me extremely excited. Landon and I had a blast ever since.
